We log all helpdesk issues in our helpdesk support system, each issue is tracked and managed for expedient resolution with our commitment to provide reliable timely responses. Clients have access to the portal to review the status of support cases

 

Escalation Process

If an issue cannot be resolved at the initial support level, PC Ware’s escalation process ensures that it is passed on to the software publisher/ vendor or development team, ensuring the best possible resolution.

 

Support Plans

PC Ware offers flexible support plan options, including monthly or annual support plans tailored to different SLA levels bases on each individual client’s needs. For clients who do not require frequent assistance, support is also offered on a per-case basis.
